This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Flagstaff County (“the County”) to prospective Proponents to submit non-binding Proposal for Flagstaff County Maintenance Service Contract of Mechanical Systems as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

Flagstaff County (the "County"), located in east-central Alberta, is seeking proposals from qualified Service Companies to provide a comprehensive preventive maintenance services to our Mechanical Systems - Heating, Ventilation & Air Condition Systems at our administration building and maintenance shop. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the qualifications and submission requirements necessary for the Service Companies interested in providing the County with this service. 

Flagstaff County will evaluate proposals based on overall value, methodology, and demonstrated experience. Proponents are encouraged to submit detailed project plans outlining how they will meet the deliverables and timeline provided within the RFP.
