Flagstaff County is seeking quotes for a turnkey supply and installation of a complete 100LL aviation fuel system at the Flagstaff Regional Airport located between Killam and Sedgewick at 44271 Range Road 131. The aviation fuel system requested is a 20,000–30,000 litre aboveground double-wall tank, lockable fueling cabinet, aviation-grade filtration, a 50-foot hose reel, metering system, and a secure point-of-sale system with the ability to operate in all-weather environments between -40 Celsius to +40 Celsius. The supplier will be responsible for fabrication, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and operator training, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and industry standards. The system must be delivered fully operational with all required documentation and a minimum one-year warranty. |
